A targeted survey deployed across individual contributors and frontline managers to 

assess leadership effectiveness, engagement drivers and levels, and behavioural 

consistency.


2. Insight & Analysis Report

Clear, actionable analysis identifying key themes, risks, and opportunities across teams 

and management layers.


3. Leadership Recommendation Report (Two Levels)

Frontline Manager Recommendations: Practical, behavioural actions to improve day-

to-day leadership.


Senior Leadership Recommendations: Strategic actions to improve alignment, 

expectations, and support structures.


4. Frontline Leadership Workshop (Full Day)

An applied, psychology-based workshop focused on improving leadership behaviours, 

communication, and team impact; based upon survey results. 


5. Senior Leadership Session (Workshop / Coaching)

A focused session to align senior leaders on expectations, reinforce accountability, and 

embed leadership standards.
