I am a business psychologist, leadership consultant, and executive coach with over 15 years’ experience working across psychology, leadership development, and organisational change. I have partnered with global organisations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, supporting leaders and teams at all levels.
My work specialises in behavioural change, leadership capability, culture, and high-performing teams. I combine psychological insight with practical application to strengthen leadership behaviour, navigate complexity, and deliver sustainable performance.
My approach is grounded in organisational psychology, behavioural science, and evidence-based practice. I work closely with clients to understand their context, challenges, and strategic priorities, designing interventions that are relevant, credible, and impactful.
Rather than relying on generic models, I use a blend of diagnostics, experiential learning, simulations, workshops, and coaching to surface real behaviours and embed meaningful change. The focus is always on translating insight into action, helping individuals, teams, and organisations perform differently, not just think differently.

Partnered with a Vice President leadership cohort identified as future General Manager talent. Following an initial diagnostic, I designed and delivered a programme focused on embedding psychological safety through leadership behaviour. Leaders then modelled the right behaviours and integrate psychological safety into everyday business practice, with follow-up team coaching to sustain impact.

Consulted with senior leaders across the MEA region during a period of organisational transformation. Partnered closely with HR Business Partners to design the change approach and support leaders in planning and delivering the rollout. Follow-up work focused on addressing challenges and ensuring the change was embedded across the business.

Designed and delivered the Amplify leadership programme for senior leaders. Following an initial consultation and capability assessment, I worked with stakeholders to create a bespoke development journey, combining leadership development with follow-up team coaching to support sustained impact.

Partnered with Allianz to design and deliver a high-potential leadership programme for senior leaders across Europe. The programme combined strengths-based psychometrics, bespoke facilitation, and coaching to build self-awareness, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness. The work focused on developing high-performing teams capable of operating effectively in complex, matrixed environments.
